All three furniture packages cost $1800.

All of our furniture packages include: furniture hire, installation, transport and two hour wait time and dismantle. From start to finish a ceremony package takes 4 hours to install, wait and dismantle. Tell us if your ceremony venue has a time restriction and we can add an extra hand to help set up and pack down. If you have covered our arch with flowers, we will cut them down and dispose of them. In the case that they can be moved to the reception venue, we are happy to take care of this for you, conditions apply.

While every item included in each package is very beautiful, it might not suit what you have in mind for the overall look of your wedding ceremony. Perhaps you have hired the talents of an amazing florist to create the best floral arch anyone has ever seen. In this case you don’t have to use the drape and we can just set up the four-post arch for ready for the florist to work their magic. The cost of the package remains the same even if you don’t want to use all the items in the package, you see you get the best value for money when you use everything!

Yes! We are committed to helping you have a smooth running wedding day, so in the lead up to your wedding ceremony we will touch base with your other suppliers to make sure we are set up with enough time for them to work their magic.

Yes we can! There will be lots of empty bottles left over once your guests have moved on to your wedding reception. We will take care of removing that rubbish for you.

We are unable to provide champagne with your drinks station package. It is up to the couple to arrange alcoholic beverages and frozen ice to be used in conjunction the drinks station package. We are more than happy to set up your stock for you, as long as it’s bought to the ceremony venue half an hour before your nuptials begin.

Of course! Each ceremony furniture package includes travel around the Newcastle and Hunter region, if you would like us to travel outside of these areas there will be travel cost added to your package, get in contact with us for more information.

We certainly can! Over the years I have built up a network of beautiful florists and event suppliers and I’m sure I can find a florist that best suits the style of wedding you are after. We also offer a range of flower packages to enhance your ceremony furniture be sure to check them out and see if there is something that catches your eye there.

Great question! There are a couple of There are a few ways our packages can be personalised. The first is the location you choose to have your nuptials. With lots of beautiful locations all over Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region providing perfect ceremony backdrops, no two YWC ceremonies will look the same.

Another way to personalise a YWC ceremony package is the floral component. Our couples love to add flowers to their wedding ceremony furniture, and with lots of flowering friend we can enlist a florist suited to your wedding day style to whip up a spectacular flower arrangement for you.

We also have a range of unique soft furnishings, vases and rugs that we can add to your ceremony package, (conditions apply) to make it stand out from the rest.

Yes we can! Our reception styling package is tailored to suit your wedding style. We take into consideration the venue you have chosen, the amount of people who will attend and type of event your wedding will be eg: cocktail, sit-down dinner, banquet. Our tailored quote includes any furniture hire needed, floral design, table’s settings as well as installation, transport and dismantle.
